Street Eatz App will be a revolutionary platform designed to connect food truck enthusiasts with their favorite mobile eateries. With the impending launch of the app, we needed a dynamic website to generate buzz, convey the brand message, and collect leads from potential users and food truck owners.
The Street Eatz App website serves as a teaser for the upcoming mobile application. It features a visually appealing landing page that highlights the key features of the app, such as discovering nearby food trucks, pre-ordering meals, and tracking their locations in real-time. The website also provides information for food truck owners on how they can join the platform to reach a wider audience and streamline their operations. Additionally, a lead generation section allows visitors to sign up with their email addresses to receive updates and gain early access to the app upon launch.
Using Figma, i created mockups and wireframes to visualize the website layout and user experience. I aimed for a clean and modern design that reflects the vibrant and dynamic nature of the food truck industry. Once the design was finalized, went into development mode for the website on Squarespace using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. This allowed us to create a responsive and user-friendly website that adapts seamlessly to different devices and screen sizes. The lead generation portion of the site was integrated with a form to capture user emails, which were stored for future communication and app launch notifications.
The Street Eatz landing page successfully generated excitement and interest among the target audience. Through strategic marketing efforts and social media promotion, the team were able to collect a significant number of email leads from both users and food truck owners. This pre-launch engagement not only built anticipation for the app but also provided valuable insights into our user base, allowing their team to tailor marketing strategies and product features accordingly. As a result, we achieved our objectives of creating buzz, conveying our brand message, and collecting leads to drive adoption and usage of the Street Eatz App upon its launch.
